From the beginning, I’ve been passionate about bringing people together. I’ve always been fascinated by the magic that comes out of uniting teams to work together to achieve an organizational goal.
My educational background is in organizational performance and the development of workforces and I’ve spent my career alternating between consulting assignments and working internally within organizations. This has given me the expertise and the understanding to truly dive deep into what motivates workforces and what ultimately gets results.
